Before joining TRIBECA ABOGADOS, Olimpia worked as a Senior Associate in the Corporate – M&A department at Pinsent Masons, where she advised on corporate investment and divestment transactions for national and international companies, as well as for private equity funds in sectors such as real estate, technology, infrastructure, and fashion.

Her experience includes drafting and preparing share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and other transactional documents, as well as coordinating due diligence reports. She also served as deputy secretary to the board of directors in several companies and was actively involved in corporate restructuring processes. Previously, Olimpia worked in the Commercial department of Ramón y Cajal Abogados, first as an intern and later as a lawyer.

Olimpia is bilingual in English and a native Spanish speaker, having studied at The English International College in Marbella.
