She graduated with a Dual Master’s Degree in Law and Legal and Business Advisory (LL.M.) from IE Business School in Madrid. Previously, she earned a Dual Degree in Law and International Relations from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).

Before joining Tribeca Abogados, Maitane worked as a junior lawyer in the Corporate/M&A Department at Linklaters in Madrid. During her time there, she rotated through the Real Estate and Capital Markets departments, advising on asset and company sale transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and contract drafting. She was also responsible for the incorporation of companies and secretarial management, as well as communication and coordination between legal teams in various jurisdictions, clients, counterparts, and notaries. Additionally, she completed internships in the Commercial and Real Estate Departments at Fuster-Fabra Abogados.

Maitane is a native Spanish speaker, with advanced proficiency in English.
