She joined the firm after developing her career in Corporate/M&A at national and international law firms. Before joining Tribeca Abogados, she worked as a lawyer at Andersen Tax & Legal and PwC, where she participated in corporate transactions, national and international acquisitions, due diligence processes and the drafting of transactional documentation.

She has experience in M&A transactions, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements, company acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, financing matters and corporate governance. She has been involved in high-value transactions with an international component, bringing a legal perspective shaped by both civil law and common law systems.

She holds a Law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas —ICADE—, where she completed the Joint Global Program, and an LL.M. in American Law from Boston University School of Law. She also completed the Master’s Degree for Admission to the Bar and an LL.M. in Business Law at IE Law School, where she also completed the Executive Program in Business Legal Advice.

Ana speaks Spanish and English, and has knowledge of German and French.
