Olimpia is a senior lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Tribeca Abogados. She leads transactions in M&A, commercial contracts, private equity and corporate restructurings.
She joined Tribeca after working as a Senior Associate in the Corporate – M&A Department at Pinsent Masons, where she advised on corporate investment and divestment transactions for domestic and international companies and private equity funds in sectors such as real estate, technology, infrastructure and textiles. At Pinsent Masons, she drafted sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements and other transactional documents, coordinated due diligence reports and served as deputy secretary to the board of directors at several national companies.
She previously worked as a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Ramón y Cajal Abogados.
She holds a Law degree with a Diploma in Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE). She later completed a Double Master’s in Business Legal Advisory (LL.M.) and in Access to the Legal Profession at Instituto de Empresa (IE University) in Madrid.
Olimpia speaks Spanish and English. She attended The English International College in Marbella.
