Víctor is a founding partner of Tribeca Abogados and leads the firm's tax practice. His main areas of specialisation are domestic taxation, M&A tax, indirect tax and tax proceedings. He advises large companies, startups and multinationals across sectors including healthcare, technology, energy and distribution.
He has been recognised by ITR World Tax as a Highly Regarded Practitioner in Indirect Tax and Transactional Tax since 2022. Recognised by Best Lawyers since 2024. The firm has been recognised by ITR World Tax as a Notable Firm in General Corporate Tax in the 2026 edition and included by Chambers and Partners in its European Guide 2026 in the General Business Law: Regions category. The tax practice was recognised by Legal 500 EMEA between 2021 and 2024.
Victor stands out for his close client approach, his ability to explain complex matters with clarity and his deep knowledge of tax legislation and its evolution.
A qualified economist with a Master’s in International Taxation from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues (Madrid), he lectures on financial taxation and tax planning courses organised by the Instituto de Estudios Financieros (IEF).
Before co-founding Tribeca Abogados, he worked in the Tax Law Department at Garrigues in Zaragoza.
He speaks Spanish and English.
