Sonia holds a Diploma in Business Studies, specializing in Accounting and Management IT, from the College School of Business Sciences of Zaragoza. She completed her Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy and Professional Practice in 2013 at CDD Economistas, approved by the Register of Economists and Tax Advisors REAF- REGAF.
She joined TRIBECA ABOGADOS in 2018. Since then, she has provided accounting and tax advice to corporations in sectors such as energy, real estate, and healthcare, etc. Sonia has participated in numerous due diligence processes in the labour, accounting, and tax areas, as well as in the taxation of accounting closures and presentation of annual accounts.
Previously, Sonia worked at FCC Construcción and Segestión, among other companies in the industrial sector.
