Pedro is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A and Commercial Department of TRIBECA ABOGADOS. He has more than 15 years of experience providing corporate advice to all companies. Pedro advises on corporate, contractual, and real estate matters and various types of legal proceedings and internal restructuring for multiple corporations. He specializes in M&As, real estate law, and bankruptcy financing.
He graduated in Law from the Public University of Navarra and received an Extraordinary End of Career Award for his excellence. Subsequently, he prepared for the competitive examinations for entry into the judiciary and public prosecution service.
Before joining TRIBECA ABOGADOS, Pedro worked at Marcellán Abogados and at the law firm Garrigues in Zaragoza.
