María is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A and Commercial Department of TRIBECA ABOGADOS. She graduated from the Law school of the University of the Basque Country and in Journalism from the Faculty of Communication (FCOM) of the University of Navarra. She completed her Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession in 2017 at CEU San Pablo University.
She joined TRIBECA ABOGADOS in 2019 and since then she has been advising in the area in Commercial Law, where she has participated in numerous due diligences, and capital increases and has been the legal secretary for clients in sectors such as technology, health, finance, and industry, among others.
Previously, María worked at the law firm Uría Menéndez and was a broadcaster for a well-known national radio station.
María speaks Spanish and English.
