Juan is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Tribeca Abogados. He advises on M&A, commercial contracts, private equity and corporate restructurings.
He joined Tribeca after working in the Corporate/M&A area at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal (PwC), where he took part in transactional operations in sectors such as transport, retail, the cement industry and technology.
He previously worked at Pérez-Marsá & Millet Abogados & Economistas, a boutique firm specialising in Commercial and Real Estate Law, where he advised domestic and international companies, drafted commercial contracts and took part in real estate transactions.
He holds a Law degree from Universidad de Valencia, where he also completed the Master’s in Legal Practice. During his studies, he took part in the Erasmus+ programme at Vilnius University.
