Before joining TRIBECA ABOGADOS, Juan worked as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A department at PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Legal (PwC). During this time, he regularly participated in M&A transactions across various sectors, including transportation, retail, cement industry, and technology. His responsibilities included full-cycle transaction advisory, from the initial stage to closing, as well as drafting and preparing contractual documentation related to M&A processes and due diligence reports. He coordinated multidisciplinary and cross-jurisdictional teams.

Previously, Juan worked at Pérez-Marsá & Millet Abogados & Economistas, a boutique firm specializing in Commercial and Real Estate Law, where he provided ongoing commercial advice to both national and international companies. He also drafted various types of commercial contracts and advised on real estate transactions and due diligence processes in that field.

Juan speaks both Spanish and English.
