He joined the firm in 2026, after developing his professional career at highly regarded law firms. Before joining Tribeca Abogados, he worked as a lawyer at Cuatrecasas, where he advised on corporate, commercial and transactional matters. Previously, he was part of Uría Menéndez and completed an internship at PwC Tax & Legal Services.

He has extensive experience advising on the sale and purchase of companies, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, and financing and refinancing transactions. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters, including corporate law, company secretarial services and other matters relating to companies’ day-to-day business activity.

He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza and completed a postgraduate course in company valuation and corporate accounting at Pompeu Fabra University.
