Ignacio is a Corporate M&A and Commercial Department lawyer of TRIBECA ABOGADOS. He joined the firm in 2012, and since then he has been involved in several M&A operations, advising in a wide range of national and international transactions (M&As, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and financing rounds, among others, standing out for his brilliant mediation in complex matters.
He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Master’s Degree in international law from ISDE.
Ignacio speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
