Héctor is a Partner in the Corporate Department at TRIBECA ABOGADOS and is admitted to practise as a lawyer in Spain and as a solicitor in England and Wales. He specialises in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and advising companies on their international expansion.

Since 2023, he has led the firm’s London office, from where he advises companies with interests in Spain, the United Kingdom and other European countries, across sectors such as technology, industrials and healthcare.
As part of the firm’s international common law practice, Héctor works closely with the UK firm Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR) to provide integrated, coordinated advice across the Spanish and UK jurisdictions.
Héctor has developed most of his professional career at TRIBECA ABOGADOS, having previously worked at Deloitte and Écija.
He holds a Law degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law (UNIR), a Master’s in International Advocacy (ISDE) and a Master’s in Legal Practice (CEIJ).
In July 2022, he completed the assessments for the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Héctor speaks Spanish and English.
