Hector is a partner at Tribeca Abogados, qualified both as a Spanish abogado and as a solicitor in England and Wales. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, commercial contracts, intellectual property and advising companies on their international expansion.
From London, he leads a practice that operates in both directions: advising Spanish and European companies on their entry into the British market, and British clients on their transactions in Spain and across Europe.
Tribeca operates in the UK in alliance with Harrison Clark Rickerbys (HCR), a top 50 UK law firm, from its London office.
The Corporate and M&A practice has been recognised by Legal 500 EMEA since 2021 and by Best Law Firms in 2025, and the firm has been included by Chambers and Partners in its European Guide 2026 in the General Business Law: Regions category.
Hector trained at Tribeca Abogados from the start of his career and has spent most of his professional life at the firm. After periods at Deloitte and Écija, he returned to Tribeca in 2023 to lead the opening of the London office. He was appointed partner in 2025.
He holds a Law degree from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a Master’s in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law (UNIR), a Master’s in International Legal Practice (ISDE) and a Master’s in Legal Practice (CEIJ). In July 2022 he completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Scheme (QLTS) assessments and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
