Before joining TRIBECA ABOGADOS, Almudena worked as a junior associate in the Tax department at KPMG Spain, specializing in Transfer Pricing Services. During this period, she was responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation, analyzing and valuing intangible assets and financial instruments, as well as drafting and reviewing related contracts and amendments. She also carried out tax audits, financial and economic analyses, and adapted documentation according to the requirements of different jurisdictions.
Previously, Almudena interned at GENTILE LAW, S.L.P., where she handled administrative procedures related to residence permits and applications for Spanish nationality. She also collaborated with the legal advisory team at TELEFÓNICA, S.A., participating in case law research, corporate law matters, and contract drafting.
Almudena is a native Spanish speaker and speaks advanced English.
