Almudena is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Tribeca Abogados. She participates in M&A, commercial contracts and corporate law.
She joined Tribeca after working as a junior lawyer in the Tax department at KPMG, on the Transfer Pricing team. There she prepared transfer pricing documentation, participated in the analysis and valuation of intangible assets and financial instruments, and drafted contracts in this area.
She holds a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she also completed the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession. She later specialised in Corporate, M&A and Financial Management in a programme at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE).
Almudena speaks Spanish and English.
