Alejandra is a lawyer in the tax practice of TRIBECA ABOGADOS. She has ample experience in national taxation, taxation of M&A transactions, indirect taxation, and tax procedures. She advises companies in various energy, healthcare, logistics, agriculture, and industry sectors.
She was recognized by the Legal 500EMEA directory in its 2022 edition as a Rising Star in the Tax practice. She holds a double degree in Business Management and Law, and a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
Before joining the firm, she worked in the Tax Law Department of Deloitte in Zaragoza.
