Sonia holds a degree in Business Studies with a specialisation in Accounting and Management IT from Escuela Universitaria de Ciencias Empresariales de Zaragoza. She completed the Master’s in Tax Advisory and Professional Practice at CDD Economistas in 2013, accredited by the Spanish Register of Economists and Tax Advisors (REAF-REGAF).
She joined Tribeca Abogados in 2018 and since then has provided accounting and tax advice to large corporate groups in sectors such as energy, real estate and healthcare. Sonia has taken part in numerous due diligence processes across labour, accounting and tax areas, as well as in the tax aspects of year-end closings and annual accounts filings.
She previously worked at FCC Construcción and Segestión, among other companies in the industrial sector.
