Ignacio is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Tribeca Abogados. He joined the firm in 2012 and has since been involved in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. He takes on matters of particular complexity in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and financing rounds.
He holds a Law degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Master’s in International Legal Practice from ISDE.
