Pedro is a lawyer at the Corporate and M&A Department of Tribeca Abogados. He has over 15 years of experience in corporate advisory work. He advises on corporate, contractual and real estate matters, and represents clients in court proceedings and corporate restructurings.
He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, insolvency law and financing.
He joined Tribeca after working at Marcellán Abogados and Garrigues Zaragoza.
He holds a Law degree from Universidad Pública de Navarra, where he was awarded the Premio Extraordinario de Fin de Carrera (Outstanding Graduate Award). He later prepared for the Spanish judiciary and public prosecution entrance exams.
