María is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A Department of Tribeca Abogados. She advises on corporate restructurings (incorporations, transformations and mergers), due diligence processes, capital increases and reductions, and handles the legal secretariat for various companies, including BME Growth-listed companies in sectors such as technology and healthcare.
She joined Tribeca in 2019 after working at Uría Menéndez. Before her legal career, she worked as a journalist in national and regional media.
She holds a Law degree from Universidad del País Vasco and a degree in Journalism from the School of Communication at Universidad de Navarra. She completed the Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid.
