José Miguel Mayayo, Juan Bezares and Víctor Alarcón founded Tribeca Abogados in 2005 with one conviction: that businesses deserve legal advice that is closer, more direct and genuinely committed to their outcomes.
Two decades on, that conviction still defines everything we do. The firm has grown and we now operate from Madrid, Zaragoza and London, where Héctor Brito, who trained at Tribeca from the very beginning, leads our office as a partner.

Vision
The Tribeca neighbourhood in New York inspired the founding of our firm. It started as a modest industrial district and, over time, became one of the most iconic areas of the city.
Our vision in 2005 was a similar one. We left firms with larger structures to do something that almost no one was doing at the time: competing in corporate and M&A from a smaller firm, close to the client and capable of handling complex transactions.
Twenty-one years on, that vision has become a reality. International directories such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, ITR World Tax, Lexology Index and Best Lawyers recognise our work, and our clients trust us year after year.
Location
We have offices in Madrid, Zaragoza and London, operating as a single integrated team. The same partners and professionals serve our clients regardless of location.

Private equity, venture capital and debt funds, both domestic and international. We advise on acquisitions, disposals, funding rounds, restructurings and tax structuring for both the fund and its portfolio companies.
Domestic and international mid-market companies, including BME Growth-listed businesses, across sectors such as industrial, technology, energy, healthcare and consumer goods. We advise on both their ongoing commercial and tax needs and their strategic transactions.
International groups operating in Spain, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions. We advise them integrated with their legal teams and, where the transaction requires it, we coordinate with local firms in other jurisdictions. We act as their point of contact in Europe.
