Héctor is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A Commercial Department of TRIBECA ABOGADOS. He is specialized in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, with a strong focus on M&A processes, join ventures, commercial contracts, and intellectual property rights.
Héctor is currently based in London, advising corporations interested in Spain, the United Kingdom, and other European countries in sectors such as healthcare, research, technology, renewable energies, among others.
He holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies Law from the UNIR, Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from ISDE and a Master´s Degree of Legal Practice from CEIJ. On July 2022, Héctor completed the QLTS assessments to be admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Previously, Héctor worked in Deloitte and more recently in Ecija, where he collaborated actively with the IP/TMT Department.
Héctor speaks Spanish and English.
