Cristina is a lawyer in the Corporate M&A and Commercial Department of TRIBECA ABOGADOS. She counts with a long-standing experience of more than 22 years providing assessment to both national and international companies in several matters such as divestments, corporate restructuring, corporate operations, preparation and negotiation of legal agreements, and shareholder disputes. She is specialized in M&As, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring, and bankruptcy law. Furthermore, she acts as legal counsel in civil and commercial legal proceedings.
She graduated in Law with honours from the University of Zaragoza, where she received an Extraordinary National Prize at the end of her degree. She holds a Diploma in Insolvency Law from Thomson Reuters.
Before joining TRIBECA ABOGADOS, Cristina developed her professional career in several law firms such as Garrigues, Marcellán Abogados, Cuatrecasas and Uría Menéndez.
